It is the policy of the company to maintain a quality management system that has been designed to meet and exceed the requirements of ISO 9001 in pursuit of its primary objectives.

Infinity Seating Solutions Limited are a distributor, manufacturer and installer of seating solutions across a diverse range of applications, it is committed to meeting and exceeding our customers’ requirements and increasing customer satisfaction through adherence to our QMS and continual improvement of our products, processes, services and communication.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continued improvement, the QMS is regularly reviewed and is subject to annual audit.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all our employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of the QMS and its impact on customer service. We also operate a stringent quality control policy that enables us to meet and exceed the expectation of our customers and as part of the QMS this is reviewed regularly.

The requirements of the company’s QMS are mandatory and all company personnel have the responsibility for and obligation to it.
